a) I think in Singapore, finding a career is not easy as it takes alot of hard work, perservearance and time. As it takes time to build up on it that is why we must start from young and slowly develop that skill and focus on it.

b)It was himself and his teacher that allowed him to acheive what he wanted because his teacher insipred him and he also did not give up when his parents discouraged him.
